Use Safe to talk for help finding a therapy provider

If you’d like help finding a therapy provider, contact the Safe to talk nationwide helpline by text, webchat, phone, email and through their website.

Through Safe to talk, you can find information and be connected to ACC’s Sensitive Claims Service or other services that are right for you.

Safe to talk will work directly with organisations (suppliers) that have ACC therapy providers to confirm their availability and connect you with them for therapy. If a therapy provider isn’t available right away, they can regularly check in with you to keep you updated about next steps and support you while you’re waiting for your therapy to begin.

Safe to talk is available 24/7, but the support to find a provider is only available Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm, and Saturdays between 10am and 6:30pm.

Safe to talk’s Pathway to Sensitive Claims service is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
